The naica® multiplex PCR MIX is a ready-to-use two-component solution (Buffer A and Buffer B), which is suitable for multiple detection with TaqMan probes in Naica^TM Crystal Digital PCR System. The core component of this product is an efficient hot start DNA polymerase, which can be activated in only 3 minutes at 95°C. When it is used, only template, primer probe and water are needed, the results show that the dynamic range of multiple reactions is comparable to that of single reaction.The 10X concentration liberates a reaction volume that can instead be utilized by additional sample input, probes or primers, increasing multiplexing capacity and providing superior detection sensitivity for low concentration samples and rare targets.
